Terms of Service
Last updated October 19, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and WebCmdr when you use webcmdr.com, create a site on it, or visit a site hosted on it. By using WebCmdr you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use WebCmdr.
1. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use WebCmdr, and at least 18 to own a site that sells anything or is marked 18+.
- Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
- Give us a real email address so we can reach you about your site.
2. Your site and your content
Each site on WebCmdr is run by its owner, not by WebCmdr. You own what you put on your site, and you are responsible for it, including what your members post. You give us permission to store, copy and show your content only as needed to run your site and WebCmdr.
Site owners must moderate their own sites: remove content that breaks these rules when they find it or when we ask.
If you link a Gmail account, you are responsible for the email your site sends from it, and Google's terms and sending limits apply to that account.
3. Content rules
Never allowed
These apply to every site, whether it is marked 18+ or not, and to photos, video, drawings, animation, text and audio alike.
- Any sexual content involving minors, real or fictional, including drawings and characters who look under 18. We remove it, suspend the site and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and the police. Uploaded images may be checked automatically against known child sexual abuse imagery: a match is refused or removed, reported as the law requires, and the uploader's account is locked.
- Intimate images of a real person shared without their consent, including fakes and AI-made images.
- Sexually explicit content: pornographic photos, video, drawings or audio, and sexual services.
- Threats, violent extremism, or content that encourages people to hurt themselves or others.
- Harassment, and attacks on people for their race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability or similar.
- Other people's private information, such as home addresses, phone numbers or ID documents.
- Scams, fake giveaways, phishing pages, malware, or impersonating someone else.
- Asking visitors for card numbers, card security codes (CVC) or bank login details in forms, questionnaires, pages or messages. Take payments through your site's checkout or invoices, or use a form's "Ask for a card" option, where the card is entered only on Stripe's page.
- Selling anything illegal, or anything the payment provider you use doesn't allow.
- Content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark.
- Spam, or using WebCmdr to attack or overload other services.
Mature content (18+)
Mature content that isn't sexually explicit is allowed if the site is marked 18+. That includes things like suggestive or pin-up style art, artistic nudity, adult-themed voice work, strong language, and graphic horror or violence.
- The owner must switch on "Mature content (18+)" in the site's settings.
- 18+ sites only load on their own verified domain, never on a webcmdr.com address, and visitors must confirm they are 18 or older.
- Plans for 18+ sites can't be paid by card through WebCmdr, and 18+ sites take payments only with their own Stripe and PayPal keys.
- If a site has mature content and isn't marked, we may mark it 18+ ourselves.
4. Stores and payments
- When a site sells something, the site owner is the seller. They are responsible for delivering it, refunds, taxes and following the law.
- Store and client invoice payments go straight to the site owner's own payment accounts. WebCmdr never holds the owner's money.
- On the Free plan, card buyers pay straight into the site owner's own Stripe account, connected through WebCmdr, and Stripe automatically sends WebCmdr's platform fee (shown on the pricing page) to WebCmdr as part of the same payment. PayPal payments on Free sites go entirely to the owner's PayPal account, with no WebCmdr fee.
- On Premium, VIP and 18+ sites, the owner takes payments with their own Stripe and PayPal keys. WebCmdr is not part of those payments and takes no fee from them; the owner's agreement with their payment provider is their own.
- A site's forms and bookings can ask for a card on file. Before adding it, the visitor sees what it's for, the most that may be charged in total, for how long, and the owner's terms. The card is entered on Stripe's page and saved in the owner's Stripe account (on the Free plan, the account connected through WebCmdr).
- The owner may charge a saved card only as those terms say, never more than the amount shown and never after the time shown. The owner is the seller for these charges and handles refunds and disputes. We may switch off card requests on a site that misuses them. On the Free plan WebCmdr's platform fee applies to these charges as to other card payments.
- Questions or problems with a purchase go to the site owner first.
5. Plans and billing
- Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- We don't give refunds for part of a month unless the law requires it.
- If a payment fails or a plan ends, the site moves to the Free plan and its paid features stop.
6. Reports and what we do about them
Anyone can report a site with the "Report this site" link at the bottom of every site, or on our report page. We review reports and, depending on how serious the problem is, we may:
- ask the owner to remove content, or remove it ourselves;
- mark the site 18+;
- suspend the site, so visitors see a notice instead of it;
- delete the site and close the owner's account.
For serious or illegal content we may act straight away, without warning. We remove intimate images shared without consent within 48 hours of a valid request. We keep records and cooperate with law enforcement when the law requires it. If you think we got it wrong, contact us at our report and contact form.
7. Copyright
If you believe a site uses your work without permission, send a report choosing "Copyright or trademark" and include: your name and contact details, the work you own, the exact page where it appears, a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized, and a statement that your report is accurate and that you are the owner or allowed to act for them. If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send us a counter-notice at our report and contact form. We close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe copyright.
8. Ending your use of WebCmdr
You can stop using WebCmdr and delete your site at any time. We may suspend or close sites and accounts that break these terms or put WebCmdr, its users or the public at risk.
9. Our responsibility
We work hard to keep WebCmdr running and safe, but it is provided "as is". We can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we aren't responsible for what site owners or their members post or sell. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is important, we'll let site owners know by email or on their dashboard before it takes effect. Using WebCmdr after a change means you accept the new terms.
