Frequently Asked Questions
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time. Switching between Premium and VIP is prorated: you pay or are credited the difference on your next invoice. When you cancel or move to Free, you keep your paid plan until the end of the billing period.
What are site modules?
Modules are the building blocks of your site — things like server status widgets, recent donors, forums, donation goals, news feeds, and custom HTML blocks. Free users get 6 modules, Premium gets 15, and VIP gets unlimited. This is similar to how the original Enjin system worked.
What happens if I run out of storage?
Storage covers every file your site keeps: images, audio, gallery photos, store downloads and client files. We'll email you when your site reaches 80% of its storage. If you go over, your site stays online but new uploads are paused until you delete files you no longer need or upgrade. We never take your site down without warning.
Do you take a cut of my donation store sales?
On the Free plan, we take a 5% platform fee on card sales (PayPal sales have none). Premium and VIP members pay zero platform fees, so the only costs are from your payment processor (Stripe or PayPal). The same 5% Free-plan fee applies when you charge a card a visitor saved on one of your forms.
Can I use my own domain name?
Custom domains are available on Premium and VIP plans. You'll point your domain's DNS to our servers and we handle the rest — including SSL certificates.
What are creator codes?
Creator codes are referral/affiliate codes that VIP members can share. When someone signs up or makes a purchase using a creator code, the code owner earns a commission. It's a great way to grow your community.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe for platform subscriptions. Your donation store can accept both Stripe and PayPal.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
We don't offer trials, but the Free plan has no time limit and includes all core features. You can try everything out before deciding to upgrade.
